Recently, the Southern-to-Northern Water Diversion Haixi Dulan 400MW Wind Power Project (hereinafter referred to as the Dulan Wind Power Project), a supporting new energy project for the "First Phase of the Water Resources Allocation Project in the Qaidam Basin," has successfully completed the hoisting of the first batch of Goldwind turbines. The project has installed 26 Goldwind GWH221-7.7MW low-temperature, high-altitude wind turbine units. Upon full commissioning, it is expected to supply an average of 798 million kWh of green electricity annually.
