The initiative is designed to integrate scientific, commercial, and capital resources across markets, accelerate the translation of innovation into clinical and commercial outcomes, and establish a scalable model for international industry collaboration.

The partnership marks a significant step in the global expansion strategies of both organizations. The two organizations will integrate key resources across the biopharmaceutical value chain, including pharmaceutical, AI, and biotech sectors, along with investment and financing, CRO/CDMO services, and supply chain capabilities. This cross-regional ecosystem will support deeper collaboration between China and the United States.
